Cookie Pie Recipe!

With the cold and the rain we have had recently I have just wanted to stay inside and bake. There is no better way to warm the house on a bitterly cold day then with baking. Plus, if you have read our blog recently you know that Mighty Man loves pie. Whether I bake it or one of his clients makes it, he could eat pie every day! One of Mighty Man’s favorite pies is Cookie Pie. You might have read our previous post on the No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie and I thought that maybe I should share another one of our favorites, this time baked!

Ok, so maybe another reason that I want to stay inside to avoid all these germs! Seriously! I can’t believe they shut down the whole school district. I truly hope you are all staying healthy!
