Items Needed:

  • Red Pool Noodle
  • 3 Balloon weights with stars
  • Festive Ribbon
  • Festive Bow
  • Wire cutters

Directions:

Step 1 – Cut Pool Noodle into 3 different size sections. I cut mine at 12″, 14″ and 16″.

Step 2 – Stack your three sections and tie with your festive ribbon.

Step 3 – Add the festive bow.

Step 4 – Take the balloon weights apart and cut the bottom of the wire that holds the decoration part. Just above the rock weight. Do this for each weight.

Step 5 – After the balloon weight decorations are cut they will slide into the top of your pool noodles perfectly.

Step 6 – Display for all to see!
